ReplyDeleteThe 10-minute check-in requirement no longer applies. In order to be eligible for any check-in bonus points, you must check into the program using audio verification. Manual check-ins are not eligible for bonus points.

DeleteYes they are. I manually check into ellen every day and I get the ×3. Maybe its just a kink they haven't worked out for everyone yet. Did it for the returned last night to because I dont have that channel. Not able to manually check into anything right now though. No show options are poping up.

ReplyDeleteHoping you can help! I did update no problems until today, I can not sign into viggle, I get a message saying "sorry status code in (200-299) got 500" not sure what this could mean??? I did a hard close and then deleted app and reinstalled and still same message!
ReplyDeleteI just ran into the same issue! I deleted the app and was trying to reinstall it from the app store on my IPhone, but now I am getting the message "Viggle could not be downloaded at this time". What is going on????

DeleteI have the same issue, tried to have it 'hear' any new show, would not work at all, it kept saying 'turn your tv on'. After 5 minutes and 10 channels with no luck, closed viggle. Cleared cache, did an android restart and attempted to log-in, nope failed. I believe their servers are having an issue and they are trying to resolve so it works by primetime today (hopfully). A tough week for all of us.

ReplyDeleteI am so upset with the changes in Viggle. I was working hard to get the Quest challenge to get my 10,000 points, but I can't check into the Quest shows. Will Viggle make this good or what? I E-mailed them with this question but have not heard from them. ??
ReplyDeleteI about to give up completely. Viggle was fun. Since new app I cant log into anything in primetime when u get the point. Logged into Ellen then repeats of Castle but as soon as all the new show with all the extra point comes on I can not log in to ANYTHING. I have done all the tech crap you need to do. The points aren't what I got viggle for. I like the questions and stuff. I will keep trying tonight but after that if it doesn't work I am done.

ReplyDeleteIs anyone having issues logging into viggle again? I was able to get back on this afternoon just in time to log into Ellen, now it's logged me out and I cannot log into bluebloods. I'm so fustrated.
ReplyDeleteAnybody get an email frm viggle saying they were sorry problems and giving out 2500 points. Now fix the problems and give us some gift cards.
ReplyDeleteI cant even log in, use or get points (especially for the QUEST that I now wont get the 10,000 points for). I cant even contact viggle. Although I am sure they have had millions of people contacting them daily since this debacle. Just annoying because I love to viggle. I dont care about the cards, I just want my points for the stuff I am saving up for. :(
