Anyone else having trouble with Viggle Live? On my android phone it won't come up at all and on my iPad every question I answer I get 0 points and a message that you've already answered this question, even though I haven't. Very frustrating!
ReplyDeleteViggle is slowly failing. I can't even get the music. During check in shows viggle stops. Seems like everyone is having different issues. You're not alone. Perk is not any better with their 1 or 2 points.

DeleteSame for me, Also, I cannot convert any points because the Exchange Viggle Points screen is blank. It's been 4 days since I contacted Viggle Support and my case has yet to be been assigned to a support person. I'd bail right now but I had over 2.4 million Viggle points and I'd really like to get something for my time spent :(
DeleteHelp. Do we not get the 2x or 3x bonus points anymore for watching certain shows?I tap the screen to viggle shoe, screen says is it a shoe or music. I tap show. Finally works aftr a minute or two. Then stary S to give me 1/big perk point every five minutes or so for commercial breaks. But when show is over....no bonus points. Only a big play button on my screen. What am I doing wrong?
ReplyDeleteI agree with all the comments - not only do I have those issues on all the devices that I try, but when I try to play the trivia, I just get a purple screen - no trivia. Viggle is no longer worth the effort. A friend of mine has tried a number of times to exchange 60,000 viggle points for the 3,000 perk points either it will not exchange or it appears to do the exchange then later it is gone - both the viggle points and the perk points are just gone - Also will take us forever to exchange the points - I have almost 5 million viggle points, and my friends have 3.5 million and 2.6 million - We put a lot of time into Viggle - VIGGLE NOW IS VERY FRUSTRATING and PERKS is no better.
