I see that they have added some gift cards sporadically throughout the day. However, what was 50,000 points for $25.00 is now 75,000. Now i have to wait again to cash in. I so wanted to cash in my 50,000 points for a gift card and quit and so it goes on and on.......

DeleteFor those people that haven't been able to log in. If you are logging in with Facebook then per Viggle you have to log in the regular way. when it tells you that password is incorrect then click that you forgot it, and reset the password. I finally got back in that way and have been ok since. except for the other issues. Did anybody note that on the new terms of use that they sent out that Viggle can dock you points if they feel like you are contacting customer service too much.... just great!
ReplyDeleteThis app used to be great. I understand they're a business that's trying to make money, but if they keep this up they won't have any users. I have 30,000 points saved up, but at the rate they allow you to earn points now, it will be MONTHS before I have enough points to get anything good.
ReplyDeletethat's right and once you are close enough to get something it's time to raise the cost or stop providing anything but water bottles or coupons that would be commonly found in local newspapers.
DeleteI am tired of this app. I keep getting bumped out of shows before they are over & not getting credit for shows at all. Have done everything viggle support has told me to do and still having trouble. Now viggle says they are getting too many emails to answer! I have almost 280,000 points that I can't use because there is nothing worth using them on! If I get opportunity I will cash out and be done with viggle.
ReplyDeleteAh, but you've forgotten the new restriction that when you can find gift cards available, you can only get one per day. So it's almost impossible to cash out now.

I agree with others that this is rapidly becoming too much of a hassle. I will cash out my points as soon as something worthwhile comes up and then delete the app. No fun anymore. Thanks viggleboy for your help in maximizing points. Enjoyed it while it lasted in its old form.

Not able to check in to Biggest Loser. Confirm button is grayed out. This is worse than the Obamacare rollout!!! Did they not test any of this before updating the app?
ReplyDeleteI had a hard time checking into that one too... On my 6th try the greyed out button showed up as activated red one and I could check in...
DeleteI can't check into any commercials anymore. This Ritz one and the last one the Gilette one. None since the redo. so frustrating.
